How to submit a Reimbursement Request under the FES-UA

As a Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities parent you will have access to submit a Reimbursement Request. All reimbursements are paid to the parent via ACH bank transfers, also known as direct deposit. This requires submission of your banking information to Step Up For Students. This information is saved behind your personal account login. Reimbursement requests are year specific. Unused funds from a prior year will roll forward into the current school year’s balance. Requests for reimbursements for items or services purchased between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, must be submitted by August 31, 2023, to be approved. This video is for the 2022-2023 academic year.
